  3. BEST Almond Milk? 🥛

Almond milk is a great dairy-free nut milk and it’s incredibly easy to make at home. It’s healthier than many store-bought options (no gums or chemicals) and all you need are almonds, water and a blender. That’s it!

  5. Almond Milk is the Best
Hey guys, I was shocked to find out that the almond milk brands that we have been drinking for years has only 2% almonds in them. That means its 98% water, which means we have been paying $3 to $4 for almond flavored water! Insane! And if you buy the sweetened one your basically buying sugar water! I was so shocked I started to research this and could barely find any information on this. Not on google or you tube only thing i found that was of any substance was this article that explained how to identify how much almonds are in each product but checking the amount of protein in each serving. They also list some different brands and their protein content. Link for that article is below. I will also list great sources of calcium below that I got from Dr Berg, because I know even the best almond milk will not be enough calcium for our kids. Almond breeze, Silk, Pacific brand, Califa, Whole foods 365 brand almond milk they are all the same 2% probably even from the same place smh. I felt like i had to share this it upset us so much. Its very simple to make your own way more nutritious but if you don’t have the time we put links to the brands below that had about the same amount of protein as the homemade version (malk, and elmhurst milked almonds). Please put in the comments below any brands that you may know that have 5 or more grams of protein! We will never spend another dime on $4 water
