How Do I Choose the Best Lamb Marinade

  1. – Lamb Marinade
    Yeo Valley Natural Yogurt, Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon Marinade for Lamb

    For 4 People You will need:

    200 ml Yeo Valley Natural Yogurt
    Generous Sprig of Rosemary
    1 Clove of Garlic
    Squish of Fresh Lemon Juice

    8 Lamb Cutlets
    Seasonal Vegetable such as Leeks that can be Grilled
    Pea Shoots
    4 Lemon Wedges


    Place the Yeo Valley Natural Yogurt into a bowl and add the chopped Rosemary, garlic, salt and a squish of fresh lemon juice.

    Place in the lamb cutlets and allow to marinate for 4-5 hours or, even better, overnight.
    When you are ready to cook the Lamb, they need to be cooked on a very hot grill or BBQ for about 2-3 minutes on each side as this will keep them nice and pink and juicy on the inside.

    Once they are cooked, allow to rest for a few minutes before serving with some simple grilled Vegetables a nice garnish of Pea Shoots and some fresh Lemon Wedges.
