    Best Breakfast Ideas with Rice Flour Four Types

    Water – 1 cup
    Salt – to taste
    Oil – ½ cup
    Rice flour – 1 cup
    Aloo masala – 1 cup
    Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
    Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
    Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
    Chana dal – 1 teaspoon
    Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
    Dry red chilies – 4-5 number
    Hing – pinch
    Onion – 1 number
    Ginger (chopped) – 1 teaspoon
    Green chili – 2 number
    Fresh coconut (grated) – ½ cup
    Carrot – (grated)½ cup

    Firstly, heat water in a pan, add salt, oil, rice flour, mix well till it’s become like a dough and keep aside till it gets cool.
    Now divide the dough into three portions.
    To make Idiyappam put some dough in idiyappam mould and press in idli plate and shape them like a idiyappms.
    To make steamed aloo bonda, take an aloo dosa masala, make it like a small dumplings stuff in a rice flour dough shape like roundels and place it in a idli plate.
    To make Rail paniyaram add coriander leaves in a dough, mix well and make it into small balls, then place them in a idli plate.
    To make steamed vadas, heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, dry red chilies, pepper corns, curry leaves, coriander, hing, onions and fry for few minutes, now transfer the mixture into rice flour dough, and by adding salt make it like a dumplings.
    Then steam all the preparations together for 10-12 minutes.
    To finish the Rail paniyaram, heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, chana dal, curry leaves, ginger, green chili, onions, grated fresh coconut, carrot, coriander leaves and saute them.
    ·Finally add rail paniyaram dumplings, saute them for another few minutes and serve with any chutney.
